Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping:
Your order will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days if your product is in stock and in 4 - 8 weeks if product is not currently in stock. When your shipment is ready, we will use the level of shipping you selected on the site. The site will calculate your shipping cost based on the weight of the items you have selected to purchase. Handling fees are included in the shipping line for each order.

Please note that your credit card is charged at time you place your order. ALL ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL COMPLETE. If we are currently out of stock of one or more of the items you are ordering and do not want to wait until your order is complete, please place individual orders for the back ordered items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Returns:
We have a 100% guarantee on all of our products. If your products is DEFECTIVE due the manufacturing or shipping process only, please return your item(s) within 30 days, and we will give you a full refund for your order, less shipping and handling.
